Plot: 10 years after the Vietnam War, the syndicate, North Star of Heaven continues to make a name for themselves to the world. As the world is ravage by the Cold War, the syndicate uses the proxy wars created by the Cold War for their ultimate goal: Starting World War 3. It's not long until the United Nations saw this as a huge threat to world peace and ending of the Cold War. A group of special organization in the art of Ninjutsu and modern warfare would the syndicate take on the challenge. They are known as "N.I.N.J.A". Return to lead the organization of special ninja units is the famous ARVN Ranger during the Vietnam War, the Guerilla Ninja. He would ally along side his former US Army brother in arm, an sniper of the British SAS, a medic from the Cuban Army, and translator for the Japanese Diet Government. Together, they fight against the syndicate's private army across the globe in proxy wars created by the Cold War.
